  3. Be clear - define your goals
  4. Go public - It's easier when you have to be accountable
  5. Commit
  6. Get support - build a support system through family and friends
  7. Reward yourself
  8. Persistance
  9. Find inspiration - read about other's who've accomplished this same thing
  10. Share your progress
  11. mini-goals - break it down in to easier tasks
  12. Dream
  13. Be proactive
  14. Escape - take a break from your goals
  15. Have consequences
  16. STICK WITH IT!! - Even when motivation is lacking, pull through. The motivation will eventually come back.
