No. 41 - Done! I love craigslist. I went online this morning, found the perfect juicer, bought it and was making juice by 2pm. And, it was delicious! I didn't realize how great it would end up being. I got a really good deal and a super super nice juicer. I know it'll be put to great use! This was my first recipe:
Kale Juice
This is incredibly healthy. Kale is full of calcium, antioxidants and much much more. I guess it's one of the best things you can put into your body. I used lemon, which is a powerfull natural antimicrobial. It helps to remove the bad bacteria in your gut. I have to report it was pretty tasty! (see Goop.com for more info)
- 1 bunch of kale
- 2 small lemons
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons agave nectar
- 1/2 cup cold water

Glad that worked out for you. We did that once. Blackberry juice sprayed all over the kitchen. I think we have a new juicer now somewhere in the garage. Funny how if you you add one letter (the letter b) you get garbage. That's what I always think about about when I see a garage sale sign. That's where we bought our new juicer. The first came from Wal-mart which also sells garbage.
You're so funny! Yeah, you certainly find a lot of garbage at garage sells. I never realized the addition of one B can change everything. So far so good. I would suggest Craigslist instead. But, you can find a lot of garbage on their too. I'm becoming a health nut...just like your family. I see the real benefits...it's exciting!
